Si tiene un gran número de usuarios, puede que necesite una solución que permite reducir los costos de licencias y gastos de infraestructura así como simplificar implementación y mantenimiento del software. ONLYOFFICE Workspace le brinda esta posibilidad. Usted puede ejecutar varios portales independientes desde una única instalación ONLYOFFICE Workspace en vez de instalar varias instancias de aplicación en servidores independientes.

Por ejemplo, Usted puede crear portales individuales para algunos departamentos de su organización de manera que cada portal contenga propios datos y tenga algunos ajustes individuales, pero todos los portales puedan ser actualizados centralmente y gestionados a través del Panel de Control.

Paso 1. Configuración de su nombre de dominio

Para usar la funcionalidad de tenencia múltiple Usted necesita tener un nombre de dominio registrado. Cree los registros siguientes en los ajustes DNS de su dominio:

  1. Cree el registro A que enlaza su nombre de dominio con la dirección IP del servidor donde la versión de servidor ONLYOFFICE Workspace está instalado.
  2. Cree el registro A con el comodín especificando el asterisco "*" como un nombre para habilitar subdominios.

Los ajustes deberán ser parecidos a estos:

Paso 2. Configuración del portal actual

Para acceder al Panel de Control ingrese en su portal y pulse el enlace 'Panel de Control' en la Página de Inicio. Como alternativa, Usted puede pasar a los 'Ajustes' del portal y pulsar el enlace 'Panel de Control' en el panel lateral izquierdo.

En el Panel de Control vaya a la pestaña Tenencia Múltiple. Especifique su nombre de dominio en el primer campo de entrada. Luego introduzca cualquier nombre de portal que quiere en el segundo campo (el nombre debe tener por lo menos 6 caracteres) y haga clic en el botón CONECTAR.

Se abrirá la página de inicio del portal en una pestaña nueva del navegador en la dirección

Si desea renombrar su portal más tarde, Usted podrá hacerlo en los ajustes del portal: Ajustes->Común->Personalización. Vaya a la sección Cambio del nombre de portal, especifique un nombre de portal nuevo en el campo correspondiente y pulse el botón Guardar.

Paso 3. Creación de un portal nuevo

En la pestaña Tenencia Múltiple del Panel de Control haga clic en el botón NUEVO PORTAL y especifique un nombre para su segundo portal, luego pulse el botón OK para guardarlo. Si Usted no ha desmarcado la opción Visitar este portal después de crear que se selecciona por defecto, se le redirigirá al portal nuevo que está disponible en la dirección

Se abrirá la página Configuración de portal en una pestaña nueva del navegador. Especifique y confirme su contraseña y opcionalmente cambie la dirección de correo electrónico para crear la cuenta del Administrador. Usted no necesitará cargar el archivo de licencia porque se aplica para todos los portales de una vez.

Para configurar algunos ajustes individuales para el nuevo portal vaya a los Ajustes de Portal. Puede ajustar la configuración de la sección Personalización (idioma de portal y zona horaria, ajustes de la página de bienvenida, plantilla de grupo, tema de color), seleccionar Módulos y herramientas necesarios para usar, establecer ajustes de Seguridad y parámetros SMTP.

Paso 4. Gestión de los portales

Usted puede acceder al Panel de Control de cada uno portal creado. En la pestaña Tenencia Múltiple puede ver el número total de sus portales creados y la información sobre la licencia. Si desea actualizar su plan de precios, pulse el enlace Ajustes de plan de precios para pasar a la página Pagos.

Las direcciones de todos los portales creados también se visualizan en la pestaña Tenencia Múltiple. Puede moverse por ellos haciendo clic en el portal a donde quiere ir.

Advertencia Recomendamos fuertemente que no cambie el nombre de dominio si su portal contiene datos, porque esto puede causar consecuencias imprevisibles.

Si por alguna razón Usted decide cambiar el nombre de dominio, haga clic en el botón EDITAR en la sección Ajustes de dominio. En la nueva ventana que se abre, cree un nombre de dominio nuevo y pulse el botón OK.
