Einleitung

In diesem Artikel zeigen wir Ihnen, wie Sie die Daten vom Nextcloud-Server zu Ihrem ONLYOFFICE-Portal übertragen.

Ab ONLYOFFICE Workspace 12.0.0. können Sie Benutzer, ihre Dateien und Freigabeeinstellungen in Ihr Portal exportieren.

Daten aus Nextcloud exportieren

Aktivieren des Wartungsmodus

Zunächst müssen Sie den Wartungsmodus auf Ihrem Nextcloud-Server aktivieren. Der Wartungsmodus hält den Server an und erlaubt uns, Daten aus dem Nextcloud-Installationsordner und der MySQL-Datenbank zu exportieren. Um den Wartungsmodus zu aktivieren:

Öffnen Sie den Ordner mit der Nextcloud-Installation.
```
cd /var/www/html/nextcloud
```
Führen Sie die occ-Datei aus, um den Wartungsmodus zu aktivieren.
```
sudo -u www-data php occ maintenance:mode --on
```
Je nach Betriebssystem kann der Speicherort des Nextcloud-Installationsordners abweichen.

Exportieren des Datenordners

Um Ihre Daten erfolgreich zu ONLYOFFICE Workspace zu migrieren, müssen wir Benutzerordner in unser Sicherungsarchiv einschließen. Sie befinden sich im Ordner data im Verzeichnis Nextcloud.

Führen Sie den folgenden Befehl aus, um den Ordner data zu exportieren:

sudo rsync -Aax /var/www/html/nextcloud/data [preferred location]/data/

Wobei [preferred location] ist ein Zielordner des exportierten Ordners.

Exportieren der Datenbank

Außerdem müssen wir die MySQL-Sicherungsdatei exportieren. Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, die Datenbank zu sichern.

Falls die Datenbank auf demselben Server bereitgestellt wird, führen Sie Folgendes aus:

sudo mysqldump --lock-tables -u root -p nextcloud_db > [preferred location]/nextcloud-dirbkp_`date +"%Y%m%d"`/

Wobei [preferred location] ist ein Zielordner des exportierten Ordners.

Wenn die Datenbank auf einem anderen Server bereitgestellt wird, führen Sie den folgenden Befehl aus:

mysqldump --single-transaction -h [server] -u [username] -p[password] [db_name] > nextcloud-sqlbkp_`date +"%Y%m%d"`.bak

Wartungsmodus deaktivieren

Nachdem alle notwendigen Ordner und Dateien exportiert wurden, können wir den Wartungsmodus deaktivieren und den Nextcloud-Server starten.

Gehen Sie dazu in den Installationsordner von Nextcloud und führen Sie Folgendes aus:

sudo -u www-data php occ maintenance:mode --off

Die Daten für den Import vorbereiten

Um die Daten zu importieren, müssen Sie bestimmte Dateien und Ordner in ein Zip-Archiv komprimieren. Die Datei archive.zip enthält den Ordner data, in dem die Ordner der Nextcloud-Benutzer und die Backup-Datei der Datenbank gespeichert sind. Die Struktur der Datei archive.zip sieht wie folgt aus:

-archive:
    - data:
        - user1
        - user2
        - user3
    - MySQL backup file

Wir empfehlen, nur Benutzerordner im Verzeichnis data zu speichern. Das Speichern der anderen Dateien und Ordner in diesem Verzeichnis kann beim Importieren der Daten zu Fehlern führen.

Daten in ONLYOFFICE Workspace importieren

Melden Sie sich bei Ihrem ONLYOFFICE Workspace an.
Öffnen Sie die Systemsteuerung.
Wählen Sie im Abschnitt Portal-Einstellungen die Option Datenimport.
Klicken Sie im Abschnitt Nextcloud auf die Schaltfläche IMPORT STARTEN.
Klicken Sie neben dem Auswahlfeld auf die Schaltfläche Plus und wählen Sie die Datei archive.zip aus.

Warten Sie, bis das Archiv geladen ist. Wenn die Datenanalyse abgeschlossen ist, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche AUF DEN SERVER HOCHLADEN.
Wählen Sie die Liste der Benutzer aus, die in ONLYOFFICE importiert werden sollen, und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche NÄCHSTER SCHRITT. In diesem Schritt werden nur Benutzer mit E-Mail-Adressen migriert.
Im nächsten Schritt können Sie nicht besetzte E-Mail-Benutzer auswählen. Sie können Ihre E-Mail-Adressen eingeben und sie in Ihr Portal migrieren, indem Sie auf die Schaltfläche NÄCHSTER SCHRITT klicken.

Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit, die nicht importierten Benutzer herunterzuladen, indem Sie auf die Schaltfläche NICHT IMPORTIERTE BENUTZER HERUNTERLADEN klicken.
Wählen Sie die Module für den Import aus. Diese Module erscheinen in den entsprechenden Modulen von ONLYOFFICE. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche DATENIMPORT STARTEN, um mit dem letzten Schritt fortzufahren.
Nachdem die Daten migriert wurden, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche BEENDEN, um den Datenimport abzuschließen.

Optional können Sie den neuen Benutzern einen Willkommensbrief senden. Dieser Brief informiert Ihre Nextcloud-Benutzer über die Migration zu ONLYOFFICE Workspace. Es enthält eine kurze Beschreibung der Hauptfunktionen und einen Login-Link. Aktivieren Sie zum Versenden des Briefs die Option Einladung senden, bevor Sie auf die Schaltfläche BEENDEN klicken.
