NORM.S.DIST Function

The NORM.S.DIST function is one of the statistical functions. It is used to return the standard normal distribution (has a mean of zero and a standard deviation of one).

Syntax

NORM.S.DIST(z, cumulative)

The NORM.S.DIST function has the following arguments:

Argument Description
z A numeric value for which you want to find the standard normal distribution.
cumulative A logical value (TRUE or FALSE) that determines the function form. If it is TRUE, the function returns the cumulative distribution function. If it is FALSE, the function returns the probability mass function.
