The GAMMA.DIST function has the following arguments:

Argument Description
x The value at which the function should be calculated. A numeric value greater than 0.
alpha The first parameter of the distribution, a numeric value greater than 0.
beta The second parameter of the distribution, a numeric value greater than 0. If beta is 1, the function returns the standard gamma distribution.
cumulative A logical value (TRUE or FALSE) that determines the function form. If it is TRUE, the function returns the cumulative distribution function. If it is FALSE, the function returns the probability density function.
