Collaboration tab

The Collaboration tab of the Document Editor allows collaborating on documents. You can share the file, select the required co-editing mode, manage comments, track changes made by a reviewer, view all versions and revisions. In the commenting mode, you can add and remove comments, navigate between the tracked changes, use the built-in chat and view the version history..

Using this tab, you can:

• specify the sharing settings,
• switch between the Strict and Fast co-editing modes,
• add or remove comments to the document,
• enable the Track Changes feature,
• choose the changes display mode,
• manage the suggested changes,
• load a document for comparison,
• open the Chat panel,
• track the version history,
• use Mail Merge.
