How to buy Enterprise Edition Server Subscription?

Introduction

Enterprise Edition provides extended functionality, such as Desktop Editors, Mobile editors and Control Panel as well as one year support and updates. You can try the software capabilities during the 30-day trial period. After the trial period is over, you will need to buy a subscription to continue using the extended functionality as well as receive support and updates for a year. Upon the expiry of one year, you will be able to continue using Enterprise Edition, but you will not receive support and updates.

Step 1. Place your order

To buy a subscription, click the Buy now link from the message with your free trial license file. Alternatively, you can click the Payments icon icon in the upper right corner of your portal, then click the Buy now button on the Payments page.

You will be redirected to the Avangate payment page.

  1. In the Products section, you can do the following:
    • For your convenience, select a currency which you want the price to be displayed in.
    • If you have a discount coupon, check the corresponding box, copy the coupon code, paste it in the field that appears and click the Add coupon button button. The coupon will be applied and the discounted price will be displayed.

If you represent a company, you'll also need to provide the following information: your Company Name, Trade Register, Phone number and Fax number. For customers within the European Union the VAT ID may be required.
    • Enter your active Email address and confirm it. Please, pay special attention to this field, because a license file will be sent to the specified email address.
  3. Fill in all the required fields in the Payment Options section:
    • Select the preferred payment method from the Payment Options list (the available options may vary depending on the selected country).
    • Specify the information about the card you want to use to pay for the subscription:
      • Enter your Card number without spaces.
      • In the drop-down lists, choose a Card expiration date (month and year).

      • Type in your name in the Card holder name field exactly as it appears on the card.
      • If you want to receive support and updates upon the expiry of the one-year period, leave the Enable auto-renewal for this order box checked. Uncheck it if you do not want to repeat the payment automatically at expiration time.
You can stop the recurring payments by logging in to Avangate myAccount, going to the My Products area and by clicking the Stop automatic license renewal beneath the product that has this option enabled.
