Manageable notifications

You can manage your subscription to the first group of notifications: subscribe to them, unsubscribe from them, and change the notification type. For more information, refer to the Managing online office subscriptions article.

All manageable notifications are divided into the following types:

• General

  The following notifications belong to this type:

  • Email notification with tips and tricks.

  • Portal daily news and events digest: this type of notification informs you about everything new for the previous day. You learn about the created projects, added milestones, assigned tasks, posts added to blogs and forums, created bookmarks, and new wiki articles written within the Projects and Community modules.

  • Birthdays: you will be informed about the upcoming birthdays of portal users.

  • Events and notifications for the portal owner or administrator (available for portal owner and administrators only)

    The following notifications belong to this type:

    • Change of profile
      You receive this notification if a portal user changes their profile details on your portal.
    • New user added
      You receive this notification if a portal user joins your portal.
• Documents

  The following notifications belong to this type:

  • All signers completed a document
    You will receive this notification if all signers complete a document via the DocuSign service.
  • Sign status changed
    You will receive this notification if a signer changes the signing status of a document, e.g., declines signing.
  • Access to a document/folder granted
    You will receive this notification if the document or folder owner grants you access rights to this file or folder.
  • Mailing is complete
    You will receive this notification when the mailing process performed using the Mail Merge feature is over.
• Projects

  This type includes notifications about new comments within project-related discussions, milestones, your tasks, etc.

• CRM

  The following notifications belong to this type:

  • Access granted
    You will receive this notification if the person who created an element did not restrict access to it or granted you access rights to this element: it might be a contact, a case, or an opportunity.
  • Tasks assigned to you
    You will be informed about new tasks assigned to you.
  • Responsible for opportunity
    You will be notified if you are appointed as a person responsible for an opportunity.
  • New events
    You will receive notifications about new events added to a contact, a case, or an opportunity if you were included in the recipients list.
  • Export completed
    If you initiated the export process of your CRM data, you will be notified when it is finished.
  • Import completed
    If you initiated the import process of your CRM data, you will be notified when it is finished.
  • New contacts
    You will be informed about new contacts added to the CRM system using a website contact form if access to them was not restricted or you were granted access rights.
• Community

  The following notifications belong to this type:

  • Events
    You will be informed about new comments added to the events you subscribe to.
  • Blogs
    You will receive notifications about comments added to the posts you are subscribed to.
  • Forums
    You will be notified about new posts in the forum topics you are subscribed to.
  • Bookmarks
    You will receive a notification each time a new comment is added to the bookmarks you are subscribed to.
  • Wiki
    You will be notified about new comments added to the page you are subscribed to as well as changes to this page.
• Calendar

  The following notifications belong to this type:

  • Sharing of calendars & events
    You will receive notifications if a portal user has shared their calendar or an event from their calendar with you.
  • Event reminders
    You will be notified about upcoming events from your calendars or other users' calendars shared with you.
