Hiding or showing rows/columns

Hide rows and columns

To make it easier to view a large amount of data, you can hide rows or columns you don't need at the moment.

Select a row or column by tapping its heading and tap the Hide option in the pop-up menu that appears.

To hide several rows or columns at once, expand the selection by dragging the green selection handles then tap Hide in the pop-up menu.

Show rows and columns

To display hidden rows or columns again, select the visible rows above and below the hidden ones, or the visible columns to the left and right of the hidden ones. Tap the Unhide... option in the pop-up menu that appears.
