Activating ONLYOFFICE Workspace Enterprise
Introduction
ONLYOFFICE Workspace Enterprise provides extended functionality, such as:
- ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise Edition with mobile web editors,
- regular functionality and security updates during 1 year,
- 1 year of professional tech support service.
Step 1. Activate free 30-day trial
You can try the software capabilities during the 30-day trial period. To request the trial license file, go to the Download page of our official website, click the Download / Install now button in the For Windows / Docker image / For Debian, Ubuntu, and derivatives / For CentOS, RHEL, and derivatives section, fill in the form and submit your request. You'll receive an email message that contains your 30-day trial license file as an attachment. Download and save the trial license.lic file on your computer. After installing ONLYOFFICE Workspace Enterprise, open the http://localhost/wizard.aspx page in your browser and upload the trial license.lic file in the License Activation File section.
After the trial period is over, you will need to buy a subscription to continue using the extended functionality, as well as receive support and updates for a year.
Step 2. Buy a subscription
To buy a subscription, go to the pricing plans page of our official website (Pricing -> Workspace -> On-premises), choose the necessary pricing plan, change the number of users, if necessary, and click the BUY NOW button. You will be redirected to the checkout.stripe.com payment page.
- In the section on the left, you can see the details of your subscription.
- If you have a discount coupon, copy the coupon code, paste it in the Add promotion code field and click Apply. The coupon will be applied and the discounted price will be displayed.
- In the section on the right, you can pay with Google Pay using the GPay button or fill in all the required fields to pay with your card:
- In the Shipping information section, specify the following information:
- In the Email field, enter your active Email address. Please, pay special attention to this field, because a license file will be sent to the specified email address.
- In the Shipping address section, specify your real Name, select a Country and fill in the Address field. You can also click the Enter address manually option and fill in separate fields. The fields may differ depending on the selected country, for example:
- For the United States, the fields are the following: Address line 1, 2, City, ZIP, State.
- For the United Kingdom and other European countries, the fields are the following: Address, Address line 2, Town or city, Postal code.
- For China, the fields are the following: Postal code, Province, City, District, Address line 1, 2.
- Enter your phone number.
- For customers within the European Union, the VAT information may be required. If you represent a company, check the I'm purchasing as a business option and provide the VAT information: your Business name and VAT ID.
- In the Payment method section, choose a payment method. The available methods may differ depending on your country, for example:
- For the United States, the Card is selected by default.
- For European countries, you can choose Card, iDEAL, Bancontact, giropay, EPS, Przelewy24.
- For China, you can choose Card, Alipay, WeChatPay.
If you select the Card, specify the information about the card you want to use to pay for the subscription:
- Enter your Card number.
- Enter your Card expiration date (month and year).
- Enter your card CVC code (the last three digits located on the back of the card. For the American Express cards, it is a four-digit code printed on the front side of the card, to the right and above the card number).
- Click the Pay button.
- In the Shipping information section, specify the following information:
Step 3. Activate ONLYOFFICE Workspace Enterprise
Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email from us with the attached license file. Download it and keep in a safe place.
Sign in to your portal and click the icon in the upper right corner of the page, or open the Choose drop-down list next to the logo of the portal and choose the Payments option.
The activation page in the Control Panel opens. Click the UPLOAD button and browse for your downloaded license file.


When the file is uploaded, click the ACTIVATE button.
That's all. Now you can use all the product features.
