Creating authorization keys

You will have to setup authorization keys for Amazon AWS S3. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the AWS Management Console;
2. Sign in to your account as a Root user;
3. Click your account name on the top and select the My Security Credentials option;
4. Expand the Access keys (access key ID and secret access key) section;
5. Click the Create New Access Key button,
6. In a new window, click the Show Access Key link. Copy or write down the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key.

Connecting Amazon AWS S3 to ONLYOFFICE DocSpace

1. Click the menu in the lower left corner and select the Settings option.
2. Switch to the Integration tab.
3. In the Third-party services section, click the sliding button to the right of the AWS logo.
4. Enter your keys and click the Connect button.

Storing backup

To store your DocSpace data backup in Amazon AWS S3,

1. Go to the 'Backup' section (DocSpace Settings -> Backup -> Third-party storage).
2. Select Amazon AWS S3 as the desired storage.
3. Specify the necessary parameters and click the 'Create copy' button.
