Creating a mailing list

Are you tired of typing one and the same message each time selecting a recipient from the contact list?

Follow these easiest steps to create a mailing list and send the message to many people at once.

Access the Talk

Enter your portal and click the Talk Talk icon available at the top of each portal page.

Create a mailing list

The Talk window will open.

Press the Create chat room Create chat room button button above the contact list located on the left. In a new window that opens, select the Mailing option from the Type list. Enter a name for your mailing list and click the Create button.

Select a contact you wish to add to your mailing list and click the Plus sign button to the right of the user's name. Or simply drag and drop it to the Talk main area.

To facilitate the search for the necessary user, you can use the Find Contact field above the contact list and type in the user name entirely or partially.

The same way, you can add as many recipients as you wish.

Compose a message for your recipients

When all the recipients are selected, type in your message and click the Send button.

If you need to send a file, click the Send File Send File button button below the Talk main area. Select the file you need and click the Open button. The file will be sent.

To display all the recipients, click the Total caption on the top. If you want to delete a user from the list, move the mouse cursor over his/her name in the mailing list and click the Cross sign icon.

To delete the mailing list, use the Remove mailing option in the upper right corner.
