Hide or show rows/columns

To make it easy to view a large amount of information, you can hide some rows or columns and display them again.

Hide rows and columns

To hide a row/column,

1. select a single row/column by tapping its heading,

   If you want to hide several rows/columns at once, expand the selection dragging the green selection handles .

2. tap the Hide option in the pop-up menu that appears.

Show rows and columns

To display hidden rows or columns, select visible rows above and below the hidden rows or visible columns to the left and to the right of the hidden columns. Tap the Show option in the pop-up menu that appears.
