<div class="raw-html-embed"> The HYPGEOM.DIST function is one of the <a href="https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/onlyoffice-editors/onlyoffice-spreadsheet-editor/UsageInstructions/InsertFunction.aspx#statistical" onclick="onhyperlinkclick(this)">statistical functions</a>. It is used to return the hypergeometric distribution, the probability of a given number of sample successes, given the sample size, population successes, and population size.

 HYPGEOM.DIST(sample_s, number_sample, population_s, number_pop, cumulative)
 The HYPGEOM.DIST function has the following arguments:

 <td>A logical value (TRUE or FALSE) that determines the function form. If it is TRUE, the function returns the cumulative distribution function. If it is FALSE, the function returns the probability mass function.</td>
