Generating forms with AI

Using the ONLYOFFICE Docs AI agent

1. Follow this guide for general configuration.
2. Click AI agent in the bottom-left corner.
3. In the chat box, enter a prompt describing the form you want to generate.
4. A window appears requesting permission to execute the form generation tool. Click Allow.
5. The output will be generated in a new tab.
6. Click File > Save to save the output on your device. Or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+/ (⌘+/ on macOS).
7. Your PDF form is now successfully generated.

Using the ONLYOFFICE DocSpace AI agent

1. Follow this guide for general configuration.
2. In DocSpace, click AI Agent > Your_Agent.
3. In the chat box, enter a prompt describing the form you want to generate.
4. A window appears requesting permission to execute the form generation tool. Click Allow.
5. The output will be generated and saved in the Result storage tab on the top.

Editing AI-generated PDF forms

AI-generated forms are fully editable. After generation, you can:

• Add, remove, or modify fields using the Forms tab.
• Adjust field properties (required fields, formatting, placeholders).
• Edit text content and layout.
• Apply design elements and branding.

Sharing AI-generated PDF forms

1. In DocSpace, create a Form-filling room by clicking the + icon in the Rooms section.
2. Give a name to your room and configure optional settings (image, tags).
3. Add your form to the room by choosing one of the following options:
   • Upload from DocSpace: Navigate to AI agents → your agent → Result storage and select the generated form.
   • Upload from device: Upload a saved PDF form from your computer.
4. Share the room by copying the public access link or inviting users directly.
