Integrating ONLYOFFICE with Twilio
Connect the Twilio service to call your CRM contacts from a web browser. Twilio can also be used to enable two-factor authentication.
Obtaining Twilio access keys
To obtain the access keys required to connect Twilio to your portal:
- Go to the Twilio Console.
- Sign in to your account.
- In the Account Info section of the Account Dashboard, copy or note down the
Account SIDandAuth Token. - Copy the
Twilio phone numberfrom the same section. It is required for two-factor authentication.
Connecting Twilio to ONLYOFFICE
To connect Twilio to your portal:
- Click the
icon in the upper-right corner to open Settings. - Select the Integration tab.
- Open the Third-Party Services page.
- Scroll down to Twilio and click the toggle to enable it.
- In the Twilio window that opens, enter the
Account SID,Auth Token, andTwilio phone numberobtained in the previous section.
- Click Enable to connect the service.
