Integrating ONLYOFFICE with Twilio

Connect the Twilio service to call your CRM contacts from a web browser. Twilio can also be used to enable two-factor authentication.

Obtaining Twilio access keys

To obtain the access keys required to connect Twilio to your portal:

  1. Go to the Twilio Console.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. In the Account Info section of the Account Dashboard, copy or note down the Account SID and Auth Token.
  4. Copy the Twilio phone number from the same section. It is required for two-factor authentication.

Connecting Twilio to ONLYOFFICE

To connect Twilio to your portal:

  1. Click the Settings Icon icon in the upper-right corner to open Settings.
  2. Select the Integration tab.
  3. Open the Third-Party Services page.
  4. Scroll down to Twilio and click the toggle to enable it.
  5. In the Twilio window that opens, enter the Account SID, Auth Token, and Twilio phone number obtained in the previous section.

  6. Click Enable to connect the service.
