Collaborative editing: comments and reviews

Tap the Collaboration icon at the top toolbar.
Select the Comments menu item.

You can manage comments and replies in the following way:

add a new comment by selecting the object you want to leave a comment to and selecting the Add comment option from the pop-up menu,
reply to comments by tapping the icon and selecting Add Reply, then enter your text and tap the confirm icon,
edit comments or replies by tapping the icon and selecting Edit comment / Edit reply,
delete comments or replies by tapping the icon and selecting Delete comment / Delete reply,
resolve a discussion by tapping the icon to the right of the comment. To reopen it, tap the icon or use the Reopen option from the comment menu.

Use review options

Tap the Collaboration icon at the top toolbar.
Select the Document Review menu item.

The Document Review panel provides the following options:

Track Changes — tap to open the tracking menu and select one of the available options:
- ON for me — tracking changes is enabled for the current user only. The option remains enabled for the current editing session and will be disabled when you reload or reopen the PDF. It will not be affected by other users enabling or disabling tracking.
- OFF for me — tracking changes is disabled for the current user only. The option remains disabled for the current editing session. It will not be affected by other users enabling or disabling tracking.
- ON for me and everyone — tracking changes is enabled and will persist when the PDF is reloaded or reopened. All users will have tracking enabled on reload. When another user disables tracking, it will switch to Off for me and everyone for all users.
- OFF for me and everyone — tracking changes is disabled and will persist when the PDF is reloaded or reopened. All users will have tracking disabled on reload. When another user enables tracking, it will switch to On for me and everyone for all users.
Display Mode — choose how changes are displayed:
- Markup — shows all changes; the PDF can be edited.
- Final — displays the PDF as if all changes were accepted; the PDF cannot be edited.
- Original — displays the PDF as if all changes were rejected; the PDF cannot be edited.
Review Changes — navigate between changes and accept or reject them individually using the previous and next arrows. Tap Accept or Reject to apply your decision to the current change.
Accept All Changes — accept all tracked changes at once.
Reject All Changes — reject all tracked changes at once.
