Si vous avez déjà installé ONLYOFFICE Workspace sur le serveur en utilisant le script Docker fourni (pour Workspace ou pour Workspace Enterprise Edition), mais vous avez ignoré ONLYOFFICE Mail pendant l'installation pour des raisons quelconques, vous pouvez l'installer à tout moment car le Panneau de configuration rend l'installation de ONLYOFFICE Mailplus vite et facile.

Pour accéder au Panneau de commande, connectez-vous à votre portail et cliquez sur l'icône Panneau de commande sur la Page d'accueil. Vous pouvez également accédez aux Paramètres du portail et cliquer sur le lien Panneau de configuration' sur le panneau de gauche.

Instructions à suivre

  1. Dans le Panneau de commande, ouvrez la page Mise à jour depuis la section PARAMÈTRES COMMUNS de la barre latérale gauche. Sur cette page, la liste de tous les composants ONLYOFFICE Workspaceavec indication de leur statut (Installé) et de la Version actuelle et la version la plus récente Disponible.

    Faites défiler la page vers le bas jusqu'à la section Serveur de messagerie. La section Non installé s'affiche au lieu de la version actuelle du composant. Cliquez sur le bouton TÉLÉCHARGÉ à côté de la version la plus récente disponible. Une fois le téléchargement terminé, le bouton INSTALLÉ apparaîtra.

  2. Cliquez sur le bouton INSTALLÉ. La fenêtre Configuration du serveur de messagerie s'affiche. Dans le champ de saisie Nom de domaine du serveur de messagerie, indiquez le nom de domaine du serveur de messagerie à utiliser pour ONLYOFFICE Mail et cliquez sur le bouton OK.
    Le domaine qui sera utilisé pour assurer la correspondance doit être validé et configuré pour un certain ordinateur (c-à-d l'enregistrement A du DNS doit être utilisé pour pointer le nom de domaine vers l'adresse IP de l'ordinateur sur lequel ONLYOFFICE Mail est installé).
    Le domaine du serveur de messagerie est généralement indiqué sur l'enregistrement MX du domaine qui sera utilisé pour assurer la correspondance. En règle générale, ce domaine de service se présente sous cet aspect mx1.onlyoffice.com.

  3. Ensuite, votre Panneau de configuration et votre portail seront redémarrés et rendus indisponibles pendant le démarrage. Cela peut prendre jusqu'à 5 minutes. Une fois l'installation terminée, le composant Serveur de messagerie obtient le statut Installé sur la page Mise à jour. Faites défiler la page vers le haut et cliquez sur le bouton ALLER AU PORTAIL.

    Sur la la page d'accueil, cliquez sur le lien Serveur de messagerie et passez au module Mail. Développez la section Paramètres sur le panneau gauche et vérifiez que tous les éléments du Serveur de messagerie sont rendus disponible.
