Introduction

La fonctionnalité de Recherche en plein texte du Panneau de configuration permet d'exécuter des requêtes d'une chaîne de caractères spécifiques pas seulement sur les noms de documents, e-mails etc. mais aussi sur le texte contenu.

ONLYOFFICE utilise Elasticsearch, un moteur de recherche et d'analyse de données open source distribué et facilement extensible. Elsaticsearch est basé sur Lucene, la bibliothèque open source et gratuite qui est particulièrement adapté pour une recherches vite en texte intégral. Les documents stockés dans Elasticsearch sont distribués dans différents conteneurs appelés partitions, qui sont dupliqués pour intégrer des copies doublées des données en cas de défaillance matérielle.

Elasticsearch permet de réduire considérablement les temps de recherche sur des fichiers ou du texte et d'améliorer la précision de vos recherches.

Activer la recherche en plein texte

Pour activer la recherche en plein texte sur le texte contenu,

  1. Connectez-vous à votre portail et cliquez sur l'icône Panneau de commande sur la Page d'accueil. Vous pouvez aussi accéder aux Paramètres du portail et sélectionner Panneau de commande sur le panneau de gauche.
  2. Passez à l'onglet Recherche plein texte.
  3. Activez l'option Rechercher dans le contenu des documents et/ou Rechercher dans le contenu des e-mails pour activer la recherche en plein texte dans le module Documents ou respectivement dans le module Mail et cliquer sur Enregistrer. Tous les fichiers dans les modules appropriés seront indexés.
Suite à l'indexation de tous les fichiers, ElasticSerch nécessite un espace disque supplémentaire au moins égal à la taille de tous documents, messages e-mail et autres fichiers.

Réindexer la recherche en plein texte

Si le fichier que vous recherchez ne figure pas dans les résultats de recherche (par ex. dans le module Documents) mais vous êtes sûr que celui-ci existe, peut-être une erreur d'indexation s'est produite.

Pour reconstruire un index dans un module du portail sélectionné,

  1. Passez à l'onglet Recherche plein texte sur le Panneau de configuration.
  2. Cliquez sur le bouton Réindexer à droite de la section du module nécessaire.

Pour reconstruire tous les index,

  1. Passez à l'onglet Recherche plein texte sur le Panneau de configuration.
  2. Cliquez sur le bouton Réindexer tout.

Modifier la taille du segment de mémoire Elasticsearch

Parfois, vous pouvez avoir besoin de modifier la taille de la mémoire utilisée par Elasticsearch.

Pour modifier le segment de mémoire,

  1. Ouvrez le fichier de configuration:
    • Sur Windows - C:\ProgramData\Elastic\Elasticsearch\config\jvm.options
    • Sur Linux - /etc/elasticsearch/jvm.options
  2. Modifiez les paramètres suivants:
    1. -Xms1g
    2. -Xmx1g

    La chiffre indique la valeur de la mémoire vive (RAM) exprimé en Go.

  3. Lors de la modification du fichier de configuration, il faut redémarrer elasticsearch.
