Connect the Telegram service to receive portal notifications via Telegram.
Creating authorization keys
- Open https://t.me/botfather using Telegram Desktop.
- 
                Start BotFather using the following command:
                /start
- 
                Create a new bot using the following command:
                /newbot
- Enter a name for your bot.
- Enter a username for your bot. It may only include Latin characters, numbers, and underscores and must end in 'bot', e.g. 'test_bot' or 'TestBot'.
- Copy the generated token.
- Paste the tokenand the bot username in the corresponding fields on the portal.
Connecting Telegram to ONLYOFFICE DocSpace
- Click the  menu in the lower left corner and select the Settings option. menu in the lower left corner and select the Settings option.
- Switch to the Integration tab.
- In the Third-party services section, click the sliding button to the right of the Telegram logo.
- Enter your bot username and token, then click the Connect button.
Enabling Telegram on the profile page
Once Telegram is connected in the DocSpace settings, users must connect Telegram on their profile pages to be able to receive notifications:
- Go to your 'Profile' page clicking the link with your name in the lower left corner of the page.
- On your 'Profile' page, switch to the 'Notifications' tab.
- Click Connect Telegram.
- Follow the appeared link - the bot profile page will open in a browser. If the Telegram desktop app did not open automatically, click Send message.
- In the Telegram desktop app, choose Start to launch the bot.
