 Using this tab, you can:
 <ul>
 <li>highlight the selected text,</li>
 <li><a href="../pdf_editor/Commenting.aspx">add comments</a>,</li>
 <li>apply strikeout or underline formatting to the selected text,</li>
 <li><a href="../pdf_editor/DrawingOperations.aspx">mark up a PDF</a> using one of the three available pens,</li>
 <li>show or hide comments using the corresponding checkbox.</li>
