Customising calendar colours
Assigning different colours to your calendars helps you distinguish between events at a glance and group related calendars. For example, you can assign a single colour to all project-related or shared calendars to locate events quickly or to prioritise them. Refer to this guide for further detail.
Quick Start
To assign a colour to an existing calendar, follow the steps below:
- Enter your portal using your login details.
- Click the
icon in the right upper corner. - All your calendars are displayed on the left. Hover over the required calendar and click the
icon that appears to open the Edit Calendar window. - Click the Colour swatch to assign another color to your calendar and the Text Colour swatch to select another color for the text within the calendar events.
- Click Save to apply the changes you made.
The same procedure applies to assigning or changing the colour of other calendars.
Additional Information
Can I assign a custom color?
To assign a custom color that isn't present on the available color palette, enter its sRGB value in the designated field and click the swatch next to it on the palette. Then click Save in the 'Edit Calendar' window, and the custom color will be applied to your calendar.
An sRGB colour value is a hexadecimal number prefixed by a hash mark and is case-insensitive. A comprehensive list of sRGB values is available here.
