Exporting all CRM data
This section allows you to back up your CRM data, including customer records, opportunities, tasks, cases, and contact history. All data can be exported to CSV files and downloaded as a ZIP archive in a single click. Follow the instructions below.
Exporting CRM data
To export your CRM data, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your portal.
- Click CRM on the start page.
- Click Settings in the left-side panel, then select Common settings.
- Click Download all data in one ZIP archive in the Export of All Data section.
Depending on the amount of data, the ZIP archive may take several minutes to generate. Once complete, a link to the ZIP archive will be displayed below the progress bar. You will also receive an email notification containing a link for you to download the created ZIP archive.

During the export operation, the CRM data is transferred into CSV files. The data from each section (such as opportunities, contacts, tasks, etc.) are saved to a separate CSV file. All CSV files are then compressed into a ZIP archive. After downloading and extracting the archive, you will find five CSV files: cases.csv, tasks.csv, deals.csv, history.csv, contacts.csv.
CSV format
CSV (comma-separated values) represents a simple file format that is widely supported by various applications, e.g., text editors. Such files store tabular data in the plain-text form. The CSV format is frequently used to transfer information from a database program to a spreadsheet. Despite the format name, not only the comma can separate fields in such a file, other delimiters can also be used for this purpose.
Exporting individual data categories
Yes, you can export contacts, tasks, opportunities, or cases separately depending on your needs. To do so, follow these steps:
- Open the CRM module.
- In the left-side panel, click the relevant option: Contacts, Tasks, Opportunities, or Cases.
- Click the
icon and select the Export current list to CSV file option.
The exported .csv file will be automatically saved in the My Documents folder of the Documents module. You can edit the file using the onlinen Spreadsheet Editor or download it to your computer.
