Want to keep track of some projects at your portal? Just click a link and you'll receive notifications about everything new in the needed project by email.

Bare Bones Instructions

Perform these simple steps to follow a project:

1. Enter your portal.
2. Click the Projects link on the start page.
3. In the opened 'Projects' module, click the Projects option on the left-side panel.
4. Open the needed project clicking its title in the list.
5. Click the icon next to the project title.
6. Select the Follow item from the menu.

Now you will receive email notifications about everything new within this project.

Helpful Hints

Why can't I find the 'Follow' item in the 'Actions' menu next to the project title?

Obviously you are a manager or team member of this project, that's why you fail to find the given icon. Actually you don't need it, as all project managers and team members receive notifications about changes in their projects by email.

How can I stop receiving email notifications about changes in the project I follow?

Open the project you don't want to follow any more, click the icon next to the project title and select the Unfollow menu item.
