Add a hyperlink

1. select the cell where you want the link to be added,
2. do the following:
   1. tap the icon at the top toolbar to open the new object insertion panel,
   2. switch to the tab,
   3. select the Link option,

   alternatively, you can double-tap a cell that contains some text, choose the More option in the pop-up menu and tap the Add Link menu item,

3. after that the Add Link screen will appear where you can specify the hyperlink parameters:
   • Link Type - select a link type you wish to insert:
     • External Link - this option is selected by default. Use it to add a hyperlink leading to an external website. Enter a URL in the format http://www.example.com in the Link field below.

       

     • Internal Data Range - use this option to add a hyperlink leading to a certain cell range in the same spreadsheet. Tap this option to select it, then return to the previous screen using the Back arrow on the left. Select the necessary Sheet name from the list and specify a cell Range in the format A1:B1.

       

   • Display - enter a text that will get clickable and lead to the address specified in the upper field.

     Note: if the selected cell already contains text, it will be automatically displayed in this field.

   • Screen Tip - enter a text that will become visible in a small pop-up window that provides a brief note or label pertaining to the hyperlink being pointed to.
4. tap the Insert button.

Note: to follow the added external link, double-tap the cell that contains the link, then tap the More option in the pop-up menu and select the Open Link menu item. To follow the added internal link, just double-tap the cell that contains the link.

Edit or remove the added hyperlink

1. open the cell settings panel in one of the following ways:
   • select the cell that contains a link and tap the icon at the top toolbar, or
   • double-tap the cell that contains a link, then tap the Cell option in the pop-up menu.
2. switch to the Hyperlink tab and perform the actions you need:
   • edit your data and tap the Edit Link button to save the changes.
   • use the Remove Link button to delete the added hyperlink.
