Video Embedder: Inserting videos into your documents

In ONLYOFFICE Docs, you can insert videos from the Chinese streaming platforms, i.e., Bilibili, QQ (Tencent Video), Ixigua, Youku, iQiyi, into your documents in one click using the Video Embedder plugin.

Starting with ONLYOFFICE Docs 8.2, no plugins come with the editors by default. The plugins shall be installed via Plugin Manager.

1. Go to the Plugins tab and click the Video Embedder icon.
2. Copy the URL of the desired video from one of the supported platforms.
3. Paste the URL into the plugin's input field.
   
4. Click the Preview button to verify the video.
   
5. If the preview looks well, click OK to embed the video as an image in your document.
6. Double-click the embedded image to play the video directly within your document.
