Grammalecte: Correcting typography and grammar

In the Document Editor, you can correct grammar and typography in your texts using the Grammalecte plugin. Please note that this plugin is designed for texts written in French.

Starting with ONLYOFFICE Docs 8.2, no plugins come with the editors by default. The plugins shall be installed via Plugin Manager.

1. Go to the Plugins tab and click the Grammalecte icon.
2. Select the text you want to check.
3. Alternatively, you can insert text for correction manually. To do so, type new text in the field on the left panel or edit already selected text (this will only affect the translation, the original text will remain unchanged). Click the Check button.
4. Choose the corrections to be applied to your text. They will appear in the text in the field on the left panel.
5. To replace the selected text in your document with the corrected text from the field, click the Replace icon.
