Download the document
To download the current document, opened in the Clouds section, to your device,
- tap the
Settings icon in the right corner of the top toolbar,
- tap the
Download menu item,
- tap one of the available file formats: DOCX, PDF, PDF/A, TXT, RTF, ODT, HTML, DOTX, OTT.
The file will be downloaded and stored on your device.
Export the document
To export a document to your device, you should locally open the file by tapping on it in the On Device section and follow these steps:
- tap the
Settings icon in the right corner of the top toolbar,
- tap the
Export menu item,
- tap one of the available file formats: DOCX, PDF, ODT, DOTX, PDF/A, OTT, RTF, TXT, DOCXF, OFORM,
- specify the path where the file will be saved. It can be either the same device or a cloud storage.
Print the document
To print the current document opened in the Clouds section,
- tap the
Settings icon in the right corner of the top toolbar,
- tap the
Print menu item.
A PDF file will be generated on the basis of this document. It can be printed out.
To print the current local document, opened in the On Device section,
- tap the
Settings icon in the right corner of the top toolbar,
- tap the
Print menu item to enter the priview mode,
- at the top of the screen choose either an available Printer or tap on the Save as PDF option to generate a PDF file on the basis of this document,
- in the drop-down menu
specify the following parametrs:
- number of copies - enter the required number of copies of the document;
- number of pages - choose either a range of pages, filling the textfield in the following way: (e.g. 1-5, 8, 11-13), or tap on each checkbox below to mark the pages you want to print;
- page size - select one of the suggested paper formats;
- color - choose either black and white print or color print (only for supporting printers);
- two-sided printing - this option allows to print on both sides of a sheet of paper (only for supporting printers);
- page orientation - choose from landscape and portrait options,
- tap the
button to initialize printing.
