In the Review and Place Order area type in information about the card which your are going to use to pay for service:
- type in a card number;
- in the drop down lists choose a card expiration date (month and year);
- introduce three digit security code (CVV2/CVC2 code);
- enter your name exactly as it appears on the card.
Check the Enable auto-renewal for this order box if you want to repeat the payment automatically every month.
You can stop the recurring payments by logging in to Avangate myAccount, going to the My Products area and by clicking the Stop automatic license renewal beneath ONLYOFFICE product that has this option enabled.
Click the Place order button.
Bear in mind, that if you decide to disable some users with the aim of cutting your expenses and changing the pricing plan, the price will be reduced only starting with the next payment period.
If you add more users than your pricing plan allows the system will automatically recalculate the cost taking into consideration all the payments that have been made and will offer to pay the deficient amount of money. So you don't need to scratch your head calculating it yourself.
The system automatically recalculates the cost only if you increase the number of active users. If you want to change your pricing plan to the one with the smaller number of users you need to go through the procedure described above one more time.
