It is used to return the <b><em>k</em></b>-th percentile of values in a range, where <b><em>k</em></b> is in the range 0..1, inclusive.</p>

	<p><b><em>PERCENTILE.INC(array, k)</em></b></p>
	<p>The <b>PERCENTILE.INC</b> function has the following arguments:</p>
