Removing a Windows installation of ONLYOFFICE Apps Enterprise

Introduction​

If you run ONLYOFFICE Apps Enterprise for Windows on your computer, there might be some cases when you need to completely remove it from your computer.

This guide will show you how to remove the ONLYOFFICE Apps Enterprise Windows version from your machine.

Removing ONLYOFFICE Apps and Docs​

To remove ONLYOFFICE Apps and ONLYOFFICE Docs:

  1. Go to the Start menu, select Settings -> Apps -> Installed apps.
  2. Select ONLYOFFICE Apps Enterprise and click Uninstall.
  3. Select ONLYOFFICE Document Server EE and click Uninstall.

Deleting ONLYOFFICE data​

By default, ONLYOFFICE Apps data is stored in the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Ascensio System SIA\Apps

ONLYOFFICE Docs data is stored in the following folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\DocumentServer

You can remove these folders.
