Connect the WeChat service to log in to your workspace quickly.

Creating authorization keys​

In the cloud version, the authorization keys parameters for WeChat are set up automatically.

In the server version, you will have to set up authorization keys for WeChat. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to WeChat Developer Platform.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Go to the Management Center, click Create Website App, and fill in the relevant information.
  4. Set the Authorization callback domain to service.onlyoffice.com/oauth2.aspx.
  5. Submit your app for review.
  6. After your application is approved, you will receive your AppID and AppSecret.
  7. Copy or write down the AppID and AppSecret – they are used as the Client ID and Client Secret in the workspace settings.

Connecting WeChat to ONLYOFFICE Apps​

  1. In the server version, click the Options icon menu in the lower left corner and select the Settings option.
  2. Open the Integration section on the left.
  3. Switch to the Third-party services tab and click the sliding button to the right of the WeChat logo.
  4. Enter your keys and click the Connect button.

Signing in​

To sign in via WeChat,

  1. Go to your Profile page clicking the link with your name in the lower left corner of the page.
  2. On your Profile page, find the Connect your social networks caption, choose the WeChat service and click the Connect button.
  3. In the opened window, grant access to the ONLYOFFICE application and enter the account credentials, if necessary.
