Connect the Facebook service to log in to your workspace quickly.

Creating authorization keys​

  1. Go to Facebook Developers Portal.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click the My Apps link in the upper right corner and click the Create App button.
  4. On the App details page, enter your application name in the App name field, verify your App contact email specified by default and click the Next button.
  5. On the Use cases page, select the Authenticate and request data from users with Facebook Login use case and click the Next button.
  6. On the Business page, you can select your business if necessary. Click the Next button.
  7. On the next screen, just click the Next button. You will be redirected to the Dashboard.
  8. Click the first option: Customize the Authenticate and request data from users with Facebook Login use case.
  9. You will be redirected to the Facebook Login setup page. In the email field (the first field on the top), click the +Add button.
  10. In the Facebook Login menu on the left, click the Settings option.
  11. Find the Client OAuth Settings section. Enter https://service.onlyoffice.com/oauth2.aspx in the Valid OAuth redirect URIs field.
  12. Click the Save changes button in the lower right corner.
  13. On the left-side panel, open the App settings -> Basic section.
  14. Copy or write down your App ID and App Secret.

Connecting Facebook to ONLYOFFICE Apps​

  1. In the server version, click the Options icon menu in the lower left corner and select the Settings option.
  2. Switch to the Integration tab.
  3. In the Third-party services section, click the toggle to the right of the Facebook logo.
  4. Enter your keys and click the Enable button.

Signing in​

To sign in via Facebook,

  1. Go to your Profile page by clicking the link with your name in the lower left corner of the page.
  2. On your Profile page, find the Connect your accounts section, choose the Facebook service and click the Connect button.
  3. In the window that opens, grant access to the ONLYOFFICE application and enter the account credentials, if necessary.
