Billing
Billing
In the cloud (SaaS) version, the Billing section allows you to manage your subscription, payment details, wallet balance, and add-ons. To access it, use the menu in the lower left corner and select Billing in the context menu, or select Settings and click Billing in the left panel.

The Billing page is divided into the following sections: Billing Overview, Wallet, Tariff plan, Add-ons, Payment method, and Usage.
Billing Overview
The Billing Overview section provides a snapshot of your wallet, subscription, add-ons, and upcoming charges. Open a section on the left for full details. The following cards are displayed:

- Available credits – the current wallet balance with the Top up and Auto top-up buttons.
- Current plan – your tariff plan with its limits and the Upgrade plan button.
- Spending in the current month – the total amount spent, divided into Pay as you go charges (with per-service details) and Subscriptions. Click View usage to open the Usage section.
- Active add-ons – the number of enabled add-ons with their usage and limits. Click Manage to open the Add-ons section.
- Upcoming payments – the amount required for the upcoming payments in the current month. Click Details to view them.
- Payment method – the linked payment method and the Payer. Click Manage to open the Payment method section.
Tariff plan
The Tariff plan section shows your current plan, usage summary, and options to customize or upgrade your subscription.
The usage bar at the top of the page displays the current number of rooms, admins added, and storage space used. The Wallet card shows the available credits and allows you to top up the balance.
The Calculate your price section includes a price calculator where you can adjust the number of admins using the +/- buttons or the slider. The total monthly cost updates automatically based on the selected number. Click the Top up & Upgrade button to apply the changes.

The subscription renews automatically on the next billing date with updated pricing and specifications. You can cancel or update your billing details at any time through your Stripe customer portal.
Payment method
The Payment method section shows the designated Payer (the person responsible for billing and payments) and the payment method linked to your workspace wallet.
If you are using the Startup plan, you need to link a card in Stripe. Click the Add payment method button and you will be redirected to Stripe where you can enter your card details. If you are on the Business plan, the card is already linked and all billing features are available right away.

Once a card is linked, the Linked status is displayed with a confirmation checkmark. The Payer section displays the name and email address of the person responsible for billing and payments.

To manage your card details, click the Go to the Stripe button, and you will be redirected to your Stripe customer portal.

The linked card is used to top up the wallet. The tariff plan, add-ons, and pay-as-you-go services are paid from the wallet balance.
Wallet
The Wallet allows you to easily purchase add-ons such as storage, AI tools, and backups. Add credits and select the add-ons you need to get started.
The Wallet section displays your current balance with a refresh button to update the displayed amount, as well as the current month-to-date spend (click View usage to open the Usage section), the transaction history, and the upcoming payments. To add funds, click the Top up button.

Restrictions: the Top up button is disabled for non-payers.
If you are using the Startup plan, you need to link a card in Stripe before you can use the wallet. Click Add payment method and you will be redirected to Stripe where you can enter your card details. If you are on the Business plan, the card is already linked and all wallet features are available right away.
Once a card is linked, the Linked status is displayed with a confirmation checkmark. To manage your card details, click the Go to the Stripe button and you will be redirected to your Stripe customer portal.
In the Top up credits dialog, choose one of the preset amounts in the Amount selection section ($10, $20, $30, $50, or $100) or enter a custom value in the Amount field. Balance replenishment is only available in whole numbers. Click the Top up button to confirm. The top-up may take a moment to process.

After the first successful top-up, a Wallet refilled dialog appears, confirming the new balance and offering to set up automatic top-ups. When enabled, the wallet tops up automatically whenever the balance drops below a defined threshold. Enable the Automatic top-ups option, enter the amount in the When balance goes below field and the target amount in the Bring credit back up to field. Click Save to apply. The Auto top-up button is available at any time in the Available credits card of the Wallet section.

Restrictions: the Automatic top-ups option is not available until the first top-up has been completed. Once enabled, the auto top-up details appear on the main Wallet page with a quick-access Edit link. This link is not available to non-payers.
The Transaction history tab lists all wallet activity: the date, type, contact (the person who made the purchase), quantity, and amount of each transaction. You can filter transactions by type (All transactions, Credit, Debit), date range, and contact. The page displays the last 25 transactions for the selected period. To retrieve the full history, click the Download report button. The report will be saved to Files.

The Upcoming payments tab displays the scheduled payments for your active subscriptions.

Switching from the Startup to the Business plan does not require re-linking a card in Stripe, the existing card remains linked.
Add-ons
The Add-ons section is used to connect and configure the add-ons available for your workspace: AI features, AI search, Backup, Additional disk storage, and Docs Connect. Use the toggle on the corresponding card to enable or disable an add-on; clicking the card of an active add-on opens its detail page.

Note: interaction with add-ons is limited for non-payers.
AI features
AI features work on a pay-as-you-go basis and are billed from your Wallet. The AI features detail page allows you to enable or disable the service, view the usage statistics for the current month, view the transaction history, and download the transaction history report. To learn more, refer to the AI settings and the Using AI guides.

AI search
AI search enhances AI chats with real-time information from the internet, powered by Exa. It works on a pay-as-you-go basis and is billed from your Wallet. The AI search detail page allows you to enable or disable the service, view the usage statistics for the current month, and view the transaction history. To learn more, refer to the AI settings and the Using AI guides.

Additional disk storage
Click the toggle in the Additional disk storage card to enable the service. In the dialog, enter the amount and view the order summary with a breakdown.
If your wallet balance is insufficient, click the Top up link in the dialog. If no card is linked yet, you can link one directly from the same dialog without leaving the page. Click the Top up & Upgrade button to confirm.

The Additional disk storage detail page shows your current Wallet balance, the active subscription amount and storage size, and the next auto-renewal date. To modify the subscription, click the Edit subscription button.
The Transaction history section on this page lists all disk storage charges. You can filter by date range and contact. The page shows the last 25 transactions for the selected period; to retrieve the full history, click the Download report button. The report will be saved to Files.

If you already have an active storage subscription and want to increase it, the immediate charge will be prorated based on the remaining days in the current billing cycle. The full amount will then be charged on your regular billing date each month.
To reduce storage or cancel the subscription, click Edit subscription and set the value to 0 GB or select a lower amount. Downgrades take effect on the next billing date; make sure to reduce actual storage usage before then, otherwise the charge will reflect the space actually in use.
If a plan change or cancellation is scheduled for the next billing date, a Change scheduled notice will appear and the toggle will be locked until the change takes effect.
If the additional storage service was disabled due to non-payment, a prompt will appear on the Payment method, Wallet, and Add-ons pages, directing you to Add-ons where your previous storage configuration is pre-filled in the dialog.
Additional backup
Click the toggle in the Backup card to enable the service. Charges are applied automatically each time a backup is created, as long as the wallet balance is sufficient.
The Backup detail page shows your current Wallet balance and the Available backups breakdown:
- Free monthly backups – the number of free backups remaining out of the monthly allowance included with your plan (e.g. 1/2 means 1 of 2 free backups used). Free backups are always used first and renew automatically each month.
- Paid backups – the number of additional backups available based on the current wallet balance at $10.00 per backup.
The Transaction history section on this page lists all backup-related charges. You can filter by date range and contact.

Once enabled, all admins can create backups at any time.
Docs Connect
Docs Connect allows you to embed ONLYOFFICE Docs editors into your app with cloud-hosted tenants and your own API keys. To learn more, refer to the developer tools article.
Click the toggle in the Docs Connect card to open the Run ONLYOFFICE editors inside your app dialog, which highlights:

- Real-time collaboration – co-edit with comments, mentions, review, version history, and a built-in chat.
- Drop-in integration – Docs API and WOPI, 40+ ready connectors, and samples for every language.
The dialog also lists additional capabilities included: 50+ formats, white-label (Dev Pack), automation API (Dev Pack), your own instances & keys, cloud-hosted, zero maintenance, auto-updates & scaling, plugins & macros, and much more.
Click Start free 30-day trial to activate the add-on. A free trial is available; the service is then charged from $8 per user per month.

During a grace period, add-ons cannot be updated until the outstanding payment has been settled.
Usage
The Usage section allows you to review your monthly spending by service. Metered services show actual usage, while recurring subscriptions are included as monthly charges for the selected period.

Select the necessary month in the dropdown to view the Total spend for it and the Spending breakdown which can be grouped By services or By month. Use the Download report link to save the full report, or the download icon next to a service to save the report for this service only.
Each row in the Spending breakdown list shows a service name (e.g. Additional disk storage, Backup, AI features), its usage metric for the period (such as GB used, billed backups, or tokens processed), a bar showing its share of the total spend, and the amount charged. Your tariff plan subscription (e.g. Business plan) is listed as a line item as well, with the number of admins it covers.
