Hardware requirements​

  • CPU: single core 2 GHz or better (dual core or better recommended for production use)
  • RAM: at least 2 GB (minimum to run); 4 GB or more recommended for production use
  • HDD: at least 40 GB of free space

What counts as a concurrent active user?​

A concurrent active user is any user who currently has a document open in the ONLYOFFICE Docs editor, whether actively editing or just viewing. Users who are logged in to the integrated platform but do not have a document open are not counted toward this limit.

The hardware requirements for ONLYOFFICE Docs can differ depending on the number of concurrent active users.

Hardware configuration is given for reference use only. The real number of the server users depends on the number, type, and size of the documents that the users work with.

  • OS: 64-bit Windows Server 2016 or higher
  • Additional requirements (installed automatically by the installer)
    • Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64)
    • OpenSSL 3.3.0 (x64)
    • Win-ACME v2.2.9 (for HTTPS/Let's Encrypt certificates)
