Adding new themes to the ONLYOFFICE Docs Presentation Editor

Sometimes you might want to add additional themes to ONLYOFFICE Docs Presentation Editor to enhance the work with the editors. That can be done quite easily.

Currently, the following theme formats are supported: pptx, potx, pptm, potm.

Bare-bones instructions​

By default, ONLYOFFICE Docs uses preinstalled themes. If you would like to use additional themes, you can do the following:

  1. Install the theme by copying it to /var/www/onlyoffice/documentserver/sdkjs/slide/themes/src (to the computer with ONLYOFFICE Docs installed).
  2. Open the /usr/bin folder.
  3. Run the documentserver-generate-allfonts.sh file.
  4. Clear the browser cache and reopen the page.
