Read this tip and you will learn how to do that. Bare Bones Instructions Follow these simple steps to view your active tasks quickly: Enter your portal. Click the Projects link on the start page. Click the black arrow next to the Tasks option at the left-side panel and select My Tasks. That's all! You'll see all your open tasks in all the projects.
