Add or remove rows/columns

You can insert an entire row above the selected one or a column to the left of the selected column.

Insert rows and columns

To insert an entire row:

1. select the whole row above which you wish to insert a new one by tapping its heading,

   Note: to insert multiple rows, select the same number of rows as you wish to insert.

2. tap the Insert above option from the pop-up menu that appears,

The program will shift the selected row down to insert a blank one.

To insert an entire column:

1. select the whole column to the left of which you wish to insert a new one by tapping its heading,

   Note: to insert multiple columns, select the same number of columns as you wish to insert.

2. tap the Insert left option from the pop-up menu that appears,

The program will shift the selected column to the right to insert a blank one.

Delete rows and columns

To delete an unnecessary row or column,

1. select a single row/column by tapping its heading,

   If you want to delete several rows/columns at once, expand the selection dragging the green selection handles .

2. tap the Delete option in the pop-up menu that appears.
