For the organizations that find the GNU AGPL license unsuitable we released Enterprise Edition. That is a paid downloadable version of ONLYOFFICE distributed under a commercial proprietary license. It aims at organizations and businesses, whose policy doesn't favor public licensed software and who'd like to receive technical assistance.

What license is applied for Enterprise Edition?
Enterprise Edition is distributed under the commercial proprietary license. The complete license text can be found here.
What is the difference between Community Edition and Enterprise Edition?
Enterprise Edition has advanced functions not present in Community Edition and its price includes the support recommendations for the application installation, data transfer from the previous versions and installations of the updates.
What premium functions are included into Enterprise Edition?
The advanced functions for the Enterprise Edition include includes mail merge, co-editing, Control Panel which allows to perform portal and editors rebranding, use advanced portal administrator options such as audit trail, login history, data backup (including automatic backup) and restore, integrate Active Directory via LDAP settings, switch the portals to HTTPS protocol and update Enterprise Edition using the in-built update mechanism.
What does Enterprise Edition support include?
Enterprise Edition support includes the following:
- general questions on ONLYOFFICE functionality,
- email recommendations on installation, installation updates, configuration of Mail and Talk.
The support is provided 9/5 with the initial response time 24 hours and is performed via a dedicated manager.

I want to buy Document Server only as I do not need other components (Community Server, Mail Server, etc). Is that possible?
Enterprise Edition is supplied as a suite of tools, which includes Community Server, Document Server, Mail Server and Control Panel, which are not sold separately. However in case you do not need some of the components, you can use the additional commands for the Enterprise Edition script to skip these components installation, and enable them later if you need them using the Control Panel.
How do I get the license key for Enterprise Edition?
When you click the Buy Now button at the Enterprise Edition page, you will be redirected to the form where you can make a request for the Enterprise Edition. After that you will receive a mail message with the download and purchase links. After the payment is made, you will receive the mail message containing the license key file.
Does Enterprise Edition need an internet connection for proper functioning?
Enterprise Edition does not need an internet connection for regular day-to-day operations.
