Si Usted ha instalado ONLYOFFICE Workspace en su servidor usando el script Docker proporcionado (para Workspace o Workspace Enterprise Edition), pero por alguna razón ha decidido saltar la instalación del ONLYOFFICE Mail, Usted puede hacerlo en cualquier momento, porque el Panel de Control le ofrece un modo más rápido y sencillo para instalar el ONLYOFFICE Mail.

Para acceder al Panel de Control ingrese en su portal y haga clic en el enlace 'Panel de Control' en la Página de Inicio. Como alternativa, Usted puede abrir los 'Ajustes' del portal y hacer clic en el enlace 'Panel de Control' en el panel lateral izquierdo.

Instrucciones esenciales

  1. En el Panel de Control abra la página Actualización. En esta página Usted puede ver la lista de todos los componentes del ONLYOFFICE Workspace con indicación de sus estados (Instalado), así como la versión Actual y la versión última Disponible.

    Desplácese hacia abajo en la página para encontrar la sección Servidor de Correo. El texto No instalado se muestra en lugar de la versión actual del componente. Haga clic en el botón DESCARGAR al lado de su versión última disponible. Cuando termina el proceso de descarga, aparecerá el botón INSTALAR.

  2. Haga clic en el botón INSTALAR. Se abrirá la ventana Configuración del Servidor de Correo. En el campo de entrada Nombre de dominio de servicio del Servidor de Correo especifique el nombre de dominio de servicio que será usado para el ONLYOFFICE Mail y pulse el botón OK para iniciar el proceso de instalación.
    Su dominio que será usado para mantener correspondencia debe ser válido y configurado para esta máquina (es decir, debe tener el registro A apropiado en los ajustes DNS que enlaza su nombre de dominio con la dirección IP de la máquina donde el ONLYOFFICE Mail está instalado).
    El Dominio de servicio del Servidor de Correo normalmente se especifica en el registro MX del dominio que será usado para mantener correspondencia. Como norma, este dominio de servicio es parecido a mx1.onlyoffice.com

  3. Después de eso su Panel de Control y portal se reiniciarán y no estarán disponibles durante este proceso. Esto puede durar hasta 5 minutos. Una vez finalizada la instalación, el componente Servidor de Correo adquirirá el estado Instalado en la página Actualización. Puede desplazarse hacia arriba y hacer clic en el botón IR AL PORTAL.

    En la Página de Inicio del portal pulse el enlace Servidor de Correo para pasar al módulo Correo. Amplíe la sección Ajustes en el panel lateral izquierdo y asegúrese de que el punto del menú Servidor de Correo ahora está disponible.
